Course Overview
The course aims to qualify new managers and candidates for the position of executive director and provide them with the administrative, behavioral and technical skills necessary to carry out their work and achieve the goals of the institution. In addition to getting acquainted with the basics of business administration and the role of executive managers by learning about strategic planning and how to contribute to raising the level of performance of the institution.
