Localization: Attracting and retaining citizens

This course focuses on achieving the vision of Emiratisation in the country and how to attract citizens to work and provide the workplace and appropriate tools, while providing the minimum level of qualification, training and empowerment to accomplish the necessary work. In addition, what are the results of this and how to enhance the role of citizens in management and involve them in an effective way in introducing the institution and building its mark and reputation
