Group and Corporate Discounts:
Talentex offers discounts on various courses for groups and corporate clients. These discounts are designed to help clients maximize their return on investment.

Individual Discounts:
For individuals who are self-funded and make full upfront payments at the time of registration, Talentex provides discounts on many courses.

Registration Terms

Course nominations should typically be managed by the client’s HR or Training department. However, self-nominations are processed directly by the individual using the “payment by self” option on our online registration form. In cases where a course is canceled or seats are unavailable, a refund will be issued to the client. Please note that registration confirmation is contingent on Talentex’s review and seat availability.

Cancellation Terms

If a confirmed registration is cancelled less than five calendar days before the course start date, clients have the option to nominate a substitute participant for the same course, or a 20% cancellation fee will apply. The same fee is applicable in cases where participants do not show up for the course.

Invoices, Collections, Cancellations, Refunds, and Related Terms

Invoicing:
Clients may request a quotation before registering for a scheduled course. Upon deciding to proceed, clients should submit a purchase order reflecting the agreed fees. For those preferring advance payment, Talentex can issue a proforma invoice upon registration.

Tax invoices are provided post-course completion and can be issued for individual or group participants.

Clients can request either electronic or hard copy invoices with the appropriate signatures and stamps. Invoices are issued in the agreed currency and, once issued, are not subject to changes or negotiation. Monthly statements listing all issued invoices will be sent to clients, and if no response is received within five working days, Talentex will assume the statement is accepted.

Credit Facility:
Talentex may offer a 30-day credit facility for invoice payments upon request. Clients must settle their invoices within this period. Delayed payments may result in the withdrawal of the credit facility or other measures.

Payments:
Payments for invoices can be made via cash, credit card (Mastercard or Visa), or wire transfer, as per the invoice details. Clients without a credit facility must pay their invoices in advance or on the first day of the course. Failure to do so may result in denial of course attendance or withholding of the course completion certificate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Course Cancellation:
Talentex reserves the right to cancel a course or modify its details, including the name, location, or facilitator, up to five working days before the start date. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund for the amount paid toward the cancelled course. Talentex will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the participants, such as travel or accommodation fees.

Registration Cancellation:
Clients who cannot attend a course must notify Talentex in writing at least five calendar days before the course begins. Failure to do so will result in a no-show fee equal to 20% of the course fee. If cancelled on time, clients are entitled to a refund minus any applicable bank charges. Alternatively, the amount paid can be credited to the client’s account for future use, subject to written instructions from the client.

Refund:
Refunds for course or registration cancellations will be processed within one calendar week using the same payment method initially used (cash, credit card, or transfer).

General Terms and Conditions

Clients are responsible for any taxes applicable in their country. This agreement is governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
