Each activity was intentionally selected to target a specific dynamic or leadership competency:

Bingo Challenge – Strategic Thinking in Action

This wasn’t your average bingo. Teams had to make fast, thoughtful decisions that impacted their overall score. It tested group coordination, strategy, and adaptability under time pressure.

Igloo Challenge – Structure Built on Trust

A visual and hands-on metaphor for how teamwork holds everything together. Teams worked in sync to construct an igloo using limited resources — each block representing trust, alignment, and precision.

Blind Tent – Communicate Without Seeing

This challenge took away visual cues, forcing participants to rely entirely on verbal instructions, clarity, and calm leadership. It sharpened active listening and revealed new voices of leadership within teams.

Spaghetti Bridge – Innovation Under Constraint

This crowd-favorite tested creative thinking and engineering minds. Using only spaghetti and tape, teams designed functional bridges under tight time limits — mimicking real-world business limitations.

Canvas of Connection – One Vision, Many Hands

Each team painted a part of a larger canvas without knowing the final image. The reveal brought surprise, pride, and clarity: when each role aligns with purpose, the big picture becomes possible.
