Evaluation and classification of suppliers

The course focuses on providing a set of skills related to how to provide a broad enough base to ensure that there are a sufficient number of suppliers to choose from, to choose only the best suppliers to participate in the work, in addition to how to measure their performance objectively, to ensure that their performance is in line with expectations.
