Strategic logistics

This course refines trainees’ skills on the mechanisms of flow of goods and supplies that include information, data and documents between two entities or two points. And where logistics plays an important role in management, the focus will be on how to receive raw materials from the supplier to the point of production and manage the supply chain of finished goods from the point of dispatch from the factory to the point of delivery to the customer.
