The course focuses on honing the skills of understanding and appreciating the concepts and principles of governance and its relationship to risk management and internal controls. Discussing the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders in a private or public institution.
It will also identify areas of risk management and changes in the internal and external environment, and identify appropriate controls that must be adopted by institutions to achieve effective governance and risk management.
