How the Challenge Works
- Briefing & Team Formation
Participants are split into teams and briefed on the objective, materials, rules, and time limit. - Planning & Strategy
Teams discuss the best way to approach the structure, allocate roles, and determine build phases. Design thinking and delegation are essential. - Construction Phase
Using the provided materials, teams begin building their igloo. They must measure, align, and support the structure as it grows—maintaining stability and aesthetics under time pressure. - Time’s Up & Judging
When the timer runs out, facilitators assess each structure based on creativity, teamwork, stability, and overall design. The team with the best outcome is celebrated! - Debrief & Reflection
